What is ours to carry?

In seasons of change, leadership often feels like an exercise in holding on. Protecting what matters, honoring what came before, and carrying forward the work entrusted to us.

But faithful leadership also requires another kind of courage: knowing what it is time to release.

Not everything we have carried was meant to come with us forever. We can deeply honor what has been without believing that its current form must remain unchanged.

• What must we carry forward?

• What can we bless and leave behind?
